About The Position: The School of Business & Economics is internationally accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). We offer students a broad-based education with a global perspective and an emphasis on experiential learning. The Management Information Systems and Analytics department offer the opportunity for our students to develop an in-depth knowledge of analytics and perspectives of the best principles and practices within the 21st-century world of business.Expected to begin in Fall 2023, this position will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses including Math Modeling in Business, Operations Management, and Business Analytics, and graduate courses including Data/Text Mining, Predictive Analytics, Prescriptive Analytics, and Big Data Analytics. Student advisement along with departmental, college, and university service is expected. Faculty are further expected to be actively engaged on campus and contribute to an energetic educational environment. As an institution that delivers challenging and high-quality educational experiences to a diverse group of learners, the successful candidate must demonstrate an understanding of and sensitivity to diversity, inclusion, and equity-minded policies, programs, and practices. The successful candidate may be asked to teach courses in a distance learning format.
